Florida Land Consulting currently provides market consultation, entitlement planning, value opinions, competitive analysis and marketing supervision services for numerous estates, trusts and owners of Central Business District (CBD) parcels and large agricultural land tracts.

Don Lombardi is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) with over 22 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in strategic land market planning for residential and commercial development properties in a variety of urban, suburban and rural settings.  Mr. Lombardi’s consulting service currently provides market consultation, entitlement planning, value opinions, competitive analysis and marketing supervision services for numerous estates, trusts and owners of Central Business District (CBD) and large land tracts. 

He is on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Realtors, past president of Florida Realtors Land Institute, a member of the Tampa Bay Builder’s Association as well as on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Regional Coalition.

Before starting Florida Land Consulting, Mr. Lombardi completed dozens of assigments for a wide variety of industrial, commercial and institutional clients.  As National Coordinator for the Land Services Group with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Mr. Lombardi assisted clients in transactions worth over $500 million.
